Fieldstone Software's scheduling tool for construction contractors was sticky, but contractors still had to leave the platform to invoice clients and get paid. Every competitor was starting to bundle payments in, and Fieldstone risked losing its wedge.
The Challenge
Fieldstone needed to add invoicing, payment collection, and contractor payouts without taking on the compliance and fraud burden of becoming a licensed payments company themselves.
